Requests about your personal data

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection even if you have no account or can no longer sign in.

1. Write to us through the contact form choosing the subject “Request about my personal data”. Say what you ask for and the email address to reply to.
2. We reply to that address. Before handing over or deleting data we may ask for information to identify you: an order number or a partial tax code alone is not enough to consider your identity verified. Do not send copies of identity documents in the first message.
3. We reply within one month of receipt; in particularly complex cases the deadline may be extended up to three months in total and we notify you within the first month.
4. The request and the reply stay as a contact message for 12 months, then are deleted. Information collected only to verify your identity is not kept beyond what the verification needs.
